What's changed in Talo

In plain user language, no QA jargon. The full technical detail for each build candidate lives in docs/evidence/ (Spanish), for anyone who wants it.

  1. Local voice dictation in chat

    • New microphone button in the composer: dictate with the same local engine that transcribes Meetings, no cloud.
    • Security: stricter opening of client git repositories, limits on authentication request paths, and a high-entropy secret detector across memory, diagnostics and feedback.
    • Buttons and UI: the gray inherited from earlier versions moves to Estudio green across the app, in both light and dark.
    • The microphone is now shared correctly between Dictation and Meetings, and "Import recording" asks for the project instead of failing when it is missing.
  2. Import recordings, People, and several projects at once

    • People: a contact directory with a three-layer profile (identity, personal touch, per-project) and a warning before saving a sensitive fact.
    • Import recording: transcribe, on this Mac, a meeting recorded with another app.
    • Support for working on several projects at once, and reading "Calendars on this Mac".
    • Import an existing client folder or .zip as a new project, with file-by-file review before bringing anything in.
    • The built-in browser now asks permission once per session for repeated reads, instead of on every page.
  3. Meetings: automatic notes and a live copilot

    • Recording with a mandatory heads-up to attendees, live local transcription, and generated notes where every claim links to its source.
    • Live copilot during the meeting: it only answers when a real source backs it up.
    • Export notes to Word or PDF, or get a follow-up email draft ready.
  4. The agent can ask for browser control, plus a unified decision card

    • When a browser action needs a login or a payment, the agent can hand control to you and take it back afterward with a note.
    • One shared "decision card" to approve or reject agent proposals across the whole app, instead of several different designs.
